Double taxation

Hi,

I'm in need of some help to work out what my tax will be for this year. I've just started a new job overseas in Libya (30 days work in Libya and 26 days off in the UK on a rotation for the full year).

What I wanted to know is if I'm paying tax in Libya do I still need to pay UK tax or could I reclaim the overseas tax and pay the full UK tax?

Any information or help would be appreciated.
