Eliminate council tax for good!! 'Evidence' inside

Currently there is no 'law' requiring any of us to pay council tax (The Local Government Finance Act, 1992 is based upon consensual agreement and falls under the remit of contracts).

After looking into this thoroughly, I found some deeply disturbing fraud / laundering that appears to go on. The piece of legislation above allowed local authorities to 'borrow' money while interest rates were very low. What we paid for did not fund the services, but provided cash injections for investments overseas. The borrowing was what funded the services. We are now at a point however where the principle, plus interest has gotten too much that the 'reduced' borrowing has resulted in an obvious lack of services, even though systems are more streamlined and automated today than ever, even though we do some of the services we pay our councils to do for us, and more importantly, even though we pay the same amount or more, for less.

After 2 - 3 years of looking at this in depth, I uncovered a huge deception going on. I decided to take action. During my actions, I was met with all kinds of threats. Threats of bankruptcy, threats of court, threats of taking articles from my home (see below)

I did not budge. I understood this racket perfectly after years of research and had a very good knowledge on contract law. Eventually, the councils along with their hired sheriff officers agreed to drop any and all council tax accounts under my name past, present, future! Why did they do this? Because, just like my "insurance companies" investigation (thread on insurance section) I had uncovered that council tax is nothing more than a scam, and this was something they did not want breading like a fire with others choosing to challenge the legitimacy of council tax.

Like you, I really believed my payments funded services we all receive in the community, which was further ingrained in me with the annual hand outs we receive, showing a brief breakdown of what goes where. Very admiral, and the feeling of doing-your-bit, as we all should. This however is NOT how it works.

I am in the process of finishing up this booklet, detailing how council tax really operates, where our money REALLY goes, including a series of around 20 - 30 letters I received and sent to both councils and sheriff officers, all FOI requests and answers, which will hopefully be completed by the summer so I can get this out:
